Attorney Clark H. Siddiqui graduated from
Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York in 1987. He then went on to obtain his Law degree from Massachusetts School of Law in 1996. Attorney Siddiqui has been admitted to practice in the Massachusetts
Supreme Judicial Court (1996); U.S. District Court (1997) and U.S. Court of Appeals (1997).

Attorney Siddiqui has over ten years of business and corporate finance experience in organizations ranging from investment banking and financial services, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications and utilities. Throughout his career, he has made value added contributions and has had great exposure, recognition, and interaction with all levels of management. Attorney Siddiqui's practice includes, immigration, business and corporate, employment and labor, and personal injury among others.

Attorney Siddiqui has developed an expertise in representing corporations/employers and potential
employees/ candidates to secure H1-B and Green Card Status; Parties in unfair business practice and antitrust issues; Partners and corporate shareholders in partnership and corporate disputes.
